The Hellenic Heritage Foundation spearheaded a campaign, which raised $2 million to fund a permanent Hellenic Studies program at the University of Toronto within CERES at the Munk School of Global Affairs.
The Hellenic Studies Program was launched in 2014 and courses can be found in modern Greek politics, language and literature. The program offers public lectures as well as an opportunity for students to travel to Greece as part of their studies.
