The Hellenic Heritage Foundation supported an important cultural initiative called Greek Film & Foto Week (GFFW) which originated through the Greek American Foundation. The event was hosted in Toronto and featured talented photographers and filmmakers of Greek descent from both Canada and the U.S. for a one-week celebration of still photography and moving pictures. GFFW is an official part of the prestigious Contact Photography Festival and holds a special place of prominence as one of the only ethnic exhibitions.
